Delete your BETina AI account

1. Open BETina AI and sign in.
2. Go to Settings (bottom tab bar).
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Send a deletion request to marketing@geniusbet.com with the subject “Delete my BETina AI account” and the phone number you registered with, so we can find your account.

We confirm the request by email and delete your account and data within 30 days.

• Your login (phone number) and account
• Your profile: name, country, birthday, language, favourite sports and team
• XP, VIP tier and activity history
• Your full chat history with BETina and the things BETina remembered about you
• Reminders, notifications and your push-notification token

Nothing from your BETina AI account is kept after deletion, except where we are legally required to retain specific records.

Your GeniusBet player account on geniusbet.com is a separate service and is not affected. To close it, please contact GeniusBet support.

You can also ask us to delete specific data — for example your chat history or BETina's saved memories — without deleting your account. Email marketing@geniusbet.com with your registered phone number and what you want deleted. We handle it within 30 days.
