Can I use BETina without an account?

Yes. On the welcome screen tap “Browse first” to read live sports news and articles without signing in. An account is only needed for personalised chat and your journey.

How do I change my phone number?

Email us from your registered address or with your current number and we'll move your account over safely.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Settings → “Delete account”. This permanently removes your profile, chat history and data. You can also email us to request deletion.

Is BETina a gambling app?

No. BETina is an entertainment / AI companion app. No betting or money movement happens inside the app — any betting takes place on the separate GeniusBet website.
